A word about LSU, who The Crew called overrated in the preseason. We are complete fools. The Tigers' defense is totally ridiculous, reminding us of some of the units Miami fielded in the early 2000s. They are big, physical and remarkably fast. The offense, while young and somewhat limited, is efficient and won't ever have to be great to win games. LSU is by far the best team The Crew has seen this year -- by far.

Super Play of the Day

No. 1 Oklahoma visits No. 5 Florida State tonight in the second top-five matchup of the early season. FSU will have revenge on their mind after spending all summer thinking about the beat down the Sooners put on them in Norman last season. After each team scored touchdowns on their first possession, OU reeled off 37 unanswered points en route to a 47-17 victory. Sooners quarterback Landry Jones is a potential first-round pick and a Heisman favorite, but owns a rather ordinary 4-5 record on the road as a starter. We like the Seminoles as a short dog at home and motivated after last year.
